Family farm auctioned off?

I am unsure if I have come to the correct conclusion using these documents and would greatly appreciate any help in determining so.
I would really like to know if my family’s farm was auctioned off. This happened right after the typhus / famine years and the farm owner Erik Eriksson Anttila (my great-great grandfather) died.
One of the main things I can’t reconcile is that the farm was 11/128 mantal size but only 3/64 in the newspaper article about the auction. Perhaps only part of the farm needed to be sold to pay off the debts?
I am using an iPad which does not work properly in the court search - I can only access the first page of matches so I have to look at the court cases page by page which makes finding court records difficult.
This is what I think happened (see links below)
The farm was deeply in debt. (I know this from other sources).
The heirs took over the farm and tried to refinance the debt but still were unable to make the farm profitable.
The farm was auctioned off.
The eldest daughter and her husband somehow bought the farm. Unknown of it was at the auction or beforehand.

The case begins at the bottom of the page.
!868 - the Anttila children (only adult sons are mentioned) transfer the debt and ownership of the farm to them.

The Anttila children are refinancing the debt.

I found this newspaper article which I believe is the auctioning off of the Erik Eriksson Anttila homestead now listed under the eldest son’s name which was the same as his father’s.

April 9, 1870 - The Anttila children do not appear to own the farm anymore except for Susanna who is married to Johan Eriksson (?Rokala) Johan is selling some of the acreage.

Johan and Susanna are the farm owners.
Thank you,
Lynette
