I am quite new to this site, but I was looking for information on my great-great-grandmother. Her name was Hilda Sirenia Westerback (born April 28, 1881, in Närpes), and she emigrated to the United States in June of 1900. I was wondering if her birth record was on the HisKi database, but I am not sure how to look for it or where to find it.

Her mother's name was Emma Gustafva Kull (born June 19, 1851, in Finnby, Närpes). I am not certain of her father's name, but it may have been Mickel or Adrian Westerback, reportedly born November 29, 1833, in Närpes. If their birth records still exist, I would like to be able to find those as well, so that I can trace their genealogy back - apparently, there is some Eastern European lineage on that side of the family (maybe Russian or Estonian?).

Thank you for your time - my family has been looking for this information for a very long time, and would be fascinated if these birth records could be found!

Thank you so much! Is there a way to be able to transcribe what these records mean? For instance, next to my great-great-grandmother's name is her father and mother's names, but I do not know who the individuals mentioned afterward are. Thanks again!
