2. Below is the link I use to find various translations. You will notice it is a 2006 list. Is there an updated list I should be using or is the 2006 list fine to use and contacting you if I am unable to translate the wording?

Cause of death: Hastig s.d.
Re: Cause of death: Hastig s.d.
"Hastig" means "sudden", and I suppose "s.d." is for "sjukdom" (= illness). The only meaning I have seen for abbreviation "s.d." is "samma dag" (= same day) which does not work here, and "suddenly" would be "hastigt". No symptoms described, so your guess is as good as mine.
I do not know if there is an updated version of the list you mentioned, but however good the list, you'll still need to ask now and then (as do our Swedish friends who have the language of the documents as their mother tongue) and are welcome to do so! Quite often the writing is tricky to decipher or the word(s) have a special meaning in the context, but often more experienced genealogists may have at least good guesses.

Re: Cause of death: Hastig s.d.
Thank you EevaH for the translation. Your right about not knowing the exact death. It could be a ruptured aneurysm which is quite sudden, or cardiac arrest which is also quite sudden. And thank you for letting me know that the link I am currently using is probably the best to use with help from Sukuhistoria.
Have a nice weekend.
