Translation of a word

Hello, I found in Hiski a word for cause of death and can not get it to translate. It said "hall o. st"
Can you translate this, please?

The couse of death is in swedish 'håll och styng' and I think it means stings in chest or chest pain. In finnish it's rintakivut.
