Confirm name of Sigred Kämäräinen

I have found Sigred in a Hiski birth record and also spelled Sigfrid in another record and am hoping you can verify the correct spelling and if this peson is female or male.

Janice, can you check your link, this seems to be minutes of a parish meeting.
There is länsman Sigfrid Granroth on the ightmost page, but you did not mean that, did you?
And yes, Sigfred is a male name, Sigred female, sometimes spelled Sigfrid/Sigrid.

Thank you so much Eeva for replying to my question. I thought Sigred would be female, but the Ancestry.com record that I had from another member shows Sigred as a male.
