Sigrid Eskilint Huotari death year

I have a page from a family book which I need translated. I am looking for the above (Sigrid) death year.
The line in question states: "Puoliso Sigred Eskilint Huotari s.n. 1700 (rk) eli vielä 1757, mutta ei enää 1772"

I am not sure what the 1757 is for and I think 1772 would be year of death. She was married to Risto Kähkönen in May,1751 and between 1752 and 1768 they had 8 children.
Will you please translate the line in question as I am getting in my translator that mutta ei enää means: but not anymore.

It means that Sigred was "still alive in the year 1757 but not anymore 1772" as You said.

It means that the year of death is a bit uncertain. It is somewhere between the years 1757-1772.

If You are sure that they got a child 1768, you can count that the year of the death is between 1768-1772.

Thank you so much for checking into this and it looks as though it's the wrong Sigrid Huotari. The dates look as though she may have been a descendant of the lady I'm looking for. Thank you for checking it out, I appreciate the time you put into your research. I am creating a new post for the correct lady if you care to look at it. I have put the pertinent information first then some explanation to make research a little easier, I hope.
