Above is the link to Birth Entry of Nicodemus Kahkonen; but it shows the name of Pehr Kihlmans as the father. Mother's name is Valborg Karvonen which I show in my records and I have Pehr Ericpoika Kahkonen as the father in my records but his name looks to be a witness. Nicodemus was born 24 Apr 1795 and his name is middle of the right side page. I'm not sure if Pehr Kihlmans and Nicodemus should be in my tree. Will you please review what the birth entry is describing?

If I read correctly there is: Soldat Pehr Kihman wife Walborg. Godparent: Fredr. Litthovius, h.h. (probably wife of the house) Margeta, Eric Kähköin, wofe Margeta Heikitär, Henric Karvonen. Maria Silvester.

Thank yo so much for getting back to me. I don't think I'll keep this record as I have it entered. I show the father of the baby as a witness not the father. I must have received wrong information from another researcher.
