Jafet Kähkönen 1907 death translation

Above is the link for Jafet Kähkönen death entry on 13 Apr 1907. His name is the 8th entry from the bottom of the page. Could you please translate the word prior to his age (61) and the word after the 5. Is one of them a cause of death? I know this can not be changed, but the 1864 at the end of his line I assume is his year of birth but it's actually 1846 not 1864.

Cause of death: munuaist[auti] = kidney disease
Age: 61 years - months 5 days --- thus birth year must be incorrect (compare to person on previous line)
Marital status: nainut = married

Thanks, Jaska for getting back to me. I've waited a long time to see 1900's records and I finally found my great grandfather information. Now onto to my great grandmother, Eva Leinonen. I have a feeling that most if not all their children moved here. I found another one, Elsa Sophia in Michigan.
