What does medabo mean in church record?

Swedish Academy online dictionary http://g3.spraakdata.gu.se/saob/ does not know word medåbo, maybe it will be there later under word åbo (Å is later in alphabet than now finished T).
He was a partner farmer, but I cannot find any explanation what his position to the main farm owner actually was.
